Villa Stefano 1 is ideally located in the town centre of Balestrate, close to shops, restaurants and internet point. The nearest beach is only 400m away.
The villa is divided into 3 self-contained apartments and benefits from a communal roof terrace offering beautiful sea views. The large terrace is furnished and equipped with a barbeque.

Balestrate is very welcoming with two golden sandy beaches. Along the beach you will find many different lidos that offer sun beds and umbrellas, as well as public beaches where you can lie down for free.
There are lots of nice restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the typical Sicilian cuisine and being close to the sea, there is always lots of fresh fish.
