The ground floor apartments have their own garden or terrace while the guests on the first floor have their own balcony. All apartments enjoy a sea view. The guests staying at the residence can enjoy th beautiful terraces, relaxation area and the swimming pool.

The residence is only a short walking distance from both the beach and of the town’s amenities.

Accommodation:

The two apartments in Villa I have 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds and accommodate up to 6 guests.

The four apartments in Villa II have either 2 double bedrooms or 1 double and 1 twin, accommodating up to 5 guests.

The four apartments in Villa III have 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 guests.  

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning/ living area and bathroom with shower. The ground floor apartments are accessible for wheelchair users.

The Area:

Balestrate is very welcoming with two golden sandy beaches. Along the beach you will find many different lidos that offer sun beds and umbrellas, as well as public beaches where you can lie down for free.

There are lots of nice restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the typical Sicilian cuisine and being close to the sea, there is always lots of fresh fish.
