General Conditions
1. Definitions
“We”; “Us”; “Our”- BAG Travel Ltd
“You”; “Yours”, “client”, “clients” refer to yourself and on behalf of each and every member of your booked party (including those who are added or substituted at a later date)
2. Contract
By entering into a contract with us you are confirming that you have read, understood and accept these booking terms and conditions.
“TrueXperience.ie” is the trading name of “BAG Travel Ltd”. Registered office 119 Latchford Square Dublin 15. Your contract is held with BAG Travel Ltd.
Once the appropriate payments have been received by Truexperience from you the client, your accommodation will be (subject to availability) confirmed by the issuing of a confirmation invoice by Truexperience.
All contracts with the company and all matters arising from them are subject to Irish law and to the exclusive jurisdictions of courts of Ireland.
Please note advertised Services may have changed by the time you come to making your booking. We rigorously check to ensure that information provided is correct. If there are any changes to your booking, Truexperience will inform you prior to your departure. Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) reserve the right to modify its Terms at any stage and any changes will be at the company’s discretion.

The inclusion of such does not imply that Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) endorses any of the material contained on such websites or any association whatsoever with the 3rd party operators concerned.
3. Our Liability to you
Truexperience will ensure that all arrangements that have been agreed as part of a contract will be made, performed and provided with reasonable skill and care. In the unlightly event of error or negligence upon Truexperience’s behalf all liability shall be limited to the price of accommodation booked or alternative arrangements made at same price. Failing this a full refund will be provided.
Truexperience can and will not accept liability for an alterations, delays, cancellations or circumstances beyond our control or due to the negligence of any 3rd party operators. Circumstances beyond our control would include and not limited to: war or threat of war, civil strife, natural disaster, 3rd party operators, terrorism, industrial disputes, fire, bad weather, sickness, and act of government or public authorities or other circumstances of force majeure and / or Acts of God.
4. Your Responsibility
The client entering into a contract with Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) must be over 18 years of age and must be fully authorized to enter into such a contract on the basis of all company booking conditions. The client entering such a contract with Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) will be held responsible for all outstanding payments to Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd). Please note that all outstanding payments are due to Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) at least 14 working days prior to departure unless agreed otherwise by the management of Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd).
Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) are entitled to cancel any contracts/bookings that breach any booking conditions.
It is purely your responsibility to ensure that the behavior of your party is not causing or likely to cause danger, damage to property (including contents of such) or is affecting others within the particular complex. If such behavior is reported we reserve the right to terminate your contract and if the contract is terminated due to bad behavior no refund or compensation will be paid.
Note that all properties are inspected both prior to your arrival and to your departure. In the event that either the structure or contents of the property are damaged, the client will be held responsible and will be expected to pay for any damages caused.
All contents of the property including TV, kitchen equipment, bed linen and any others remain the property of the property owners and lost or damage to any such listed the client will be held responsible.
5. Insurance
We the company strongly recommend to you the client that travel insurance is taken out prior to departure which will cover you for cancellations, medical expenses or any personal liability claims.
Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) is a registered company that provides accommodation aboard and various activities via 3rd party operators and therefore is not a travel agent. However Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) act as an affiliate for Blue Insurance which specialises in the field of holiday insurance.
If despite our advice you choose not to accept insurance, then your booking is accepted strictly on the condition that you agree on behalf of yourself and all members of your party to indemnify Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) and our partners for any cost that arise which would otherwise have been met had insurance cover can be taken out.
6. Data Protection
All personal data collected will be used in accordance with applicable Irish data protection legislation.
Your Personal data (sensitive data included) is required by us for the following
- Making reservation, issuing confirmation invoice, providing you with your accommodation and services related; administration of accounting, billing and auditing procedures and other administrative purpose meeting security requirements;
- Prevention and detection of crime
- Future transactions with you
- Tailoring and marketing to your specific holiday needs
- Meeting legal obligations to you
- Making data available to government agencies in connection to your holiday (immigration and security)
7. Special Requirements
If you the client have any special requirements please provide it in written details regarding your requirements.
8. Payment
Once we receive your enquiry via mail or phone we will check to see if the property you requested is available. Truexperience will revert back to you within 24 hours to confirm the booking and all other details relating to your enquiry. The property will then be provisionally booked and will be held for a period of 7 days. It is the responsibility of the client (you) to secure and confirm the booking by making full payment and compleating the booking form which will be sent to you either via email or post. If neither of the above mentioned are not received by Truexperience within the 5 working days period, the provisional book will not be confirmed and therefore cancelled by Truexperience.
8.1. All outstanding payments related to your booking are to be made when making the booking.
Please note that card charges will be applied to your booking and will be calculated based on the total price of your booking

Once the appropriate payments have been received you will then be issued (Subject to availability) with a confirmation invoice.
8.2. When choosing some of the properties advertised on our site you will have to pay a securty deposit specified in your confirmation invoice to our partner in Sicily. The payment will be made in euro (cash only on your arrival) and will serve as money security to the owners as a quick compensation for any unpaid bills or damages made by you or any of your party on checking out the selected property. This type of situation should be sorted with the owners on the site. We decline any responsibility in this case.
9. Making changes to your booking (Excluding Cancellation of Contract)
Every effort shall be made by Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) to accommodate your request, however please note that any changes made by the client (you), Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) must be informed no less than 29 workings days prior to arrival at the property. If any changes to the original booking can be accommodated by Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) the client will be subject to an administration fee (which will include charges imposed by any 3rd party’s to Truexperience) this fee will be applied to the final invoice received by the client.
10. Cancellation of booking
10.1 (Cancellation of booking by the client)
In the event that a client is to cancel a booking, the client is obliged to inform Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) in writing immediately. Once Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) receives such notification from the client Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) will immediately cancel such booking. A cancellation fee will be made payable to Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) by the client requesting the cancellation. The amount will depend on the amount of prior notice received by Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd)
More than 90 days = Administration Fee of € 35 + VAT
89-60 days = 50%
59-30 days = 70% of overall cost
29 days or less = 100% of cost
*The above charges will be made payable to Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd)
10.2 Cancellation of booking by Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd)
Changes in availability may occur at any time. If there are any significant changes made to the client's original booking by Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) every effort will be made by the company to arrange alternative arrangements to accommodate the clients i.e. similar property, date, area etc and transfer the booking accordingly with appropriate financial adjustments (by way of allowance to or additional by you) to allow for any difference in rent. We will notify you of the alternative.
If this is not convenient a full refund will be made.
11. Property description\grade
We aim to ensure that the information provided to Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) by the property owners is accurately conveyed to the client and is correctly advertised. Standards may vary between property/accommodation. The descriptions of accommodation have been complied following inspection from our staff and have been checked to ensure that they are accurate.
12. Excursions and Resort
We may provide you with information regarding services, activities and excursions on the island which are available to purchase through independent 3 party suppliers. All 3rd party suppliers recommended to the client by Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) are all repeatable, fully insured and therefore Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) will not accept liability should any facility cease trading or in the event that the client is injured participating in such activities/excursions
13. Early Arrival/Late Departure (Subject to availability of such property/accommodation)
In the event that the client arrives prior to the date on the original booking the client will be required to pay for any extra nights. If the property is not available until the date on the original booking Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) will try to accommodate the client in another property at the client’s expense. If the client decides to stay on longer than stated on the original booking, the client will be accommodated if the property is available. If the property the is not available after the date of departure on the original booking Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) will make ever effort to accommodate the client in a similar property (Subject to availability) for any extra dates and this will be a the clients expense.
14. Children
It is up to the client to supervise children at all time while in and around the grounds of the property which they are occupying. All properties will have house rules which are for the benefit of the health & safety of all clients and it is up to the clients to ensure that they obey such house rules.
15. Pets
Some properties will allow and have facilities for pets. It is up to the client to inform Truexperience (BAG Travel Ltd) that they intend to bring a family pet and depending on the availability of properties with Pet facilities the clients request will be accommodated.
